Meeting Minutes
13 November 2012 held at Wrentham Manor
- Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
- Roll Call: all present.
- Minutes of October 9, 2012 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes as corrected by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, two abstained, all in favor.
- Mr. Swain’s official resignation letter; effective January 1, 2013
- Motion to submit correspondence to legislators with the addition of Representative William Galvin made by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor

- Mr. Guzowski will not be available for the January 2013 meeting.
- Discussion of 2014 Budget; Mrs. Bergeron stated that Mr. Conlon would like the Board to know that discussion should be in regard to the Executive Director’s salary and any extraordinary expenses. Discussion ensued; the Board agreed to purchase a shed for Depot Court due to limited space in the garage and the tie-in for the Depot Court generator. Budget decision tabled to December meeting.
- General questions in regard to the check registers were answered.
- Mr. Guzowski commented that headway is still being made in regard to revenue.
- Executive Director’s Report
- Replacement of siding for Center St will be posted to the Central Register on December 5, 2012.
- The Five-year plan preparation has begun with the assistance of Seabrook Solutions.
- Proposal to pay Mrs. Bergeron unused sick time presented to the Board; discussion ensued; Mrs. Lavallee inquired the reason the payment should be at the reduced rate; Mrs. Bergeron stated that the 83 hours at regular rate of pay would be $2,210.29. Mrs. Lavallee made a motion to pay Mrs. Bergeron the entire amount, Mrs. Sacco seconded, all in favor.
- Complaints from tenants in regard to speeding; members suggested electronic arm/gate be added to budget
- Board members suggested a retirement dinner for Mr. Swain at next meeting; Mrs. Bergeron will research caterers and email members.
- Next meeting January 8, 2012 at Wrentham Manor.
- Motion to adjourn made by Mrs. Lavallee, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor.
